The Solar Grazing Health Initiative is supported by a team of experienced professionals, including:


- Doug Edge – RSG Foundation Director, sheep producer, Solar Grazing Management Certified by the American Solar Grazing Association
- Dr. Tad Thompson – Internationally recognized small ruminant veterinarian and co-founder of RSG
- Dr. Scott Flanagan – Sheep producer and practicing veterinarian leading the RSG center in Ballinger, Texas
- Clay Elliott – PhD in small ruminant reproduction/ nutrition
- Blair Standish – Client Relations Lead, with expertise in nutrition and logistics.
